Work Principle

1. Workpiece 1 (17 points per row). Use three welding machines to spot weld each row of the fixture three times, and then automatically advance to the next row of welding points until all welding points are completed. Stand by after completion.

2. Welding cycle time, manually picking and placing workpieces. The optimal welding time per row is 5S, and the maximum number of rows for several types of workpieces is 75. Therefore, the welding time for each workpiece is 5 * 75=6.25 minutes. The estimated manual loading and unloading time is 3 minutes, ensuring that one piece is completed within 10 minutes.
