Q2: How about your payment terms?
Our payment term is T/T 50% before production, balance before
shipment . We also can accept payment by LIC at sight.
Q3: How about your delivery time?
Normally we have stocked goods, which can be delivered in 2-3 days.
Now it is 45 days after received advance payment and confirmed all
order detail.
Q4: Do you accept OEM Brand?
Yes, OEM Brand is accepted. We can also design label for you for
free.
Q5: How do you test the products?
We have a very strict quality control system. We make pre-shipment
inspection for each order. We pick up 3pcs from 1.000pcs to make
both physical and performance test. For physical, we test weiaht,
diameter, balance, etc. For performance, different item we test
different workpieces (steel bar, steel pipe, angle steel, etc) to
sheck the working life and speed. We have our own test standard,
and some customers' own standard, we will make accordingly. We have
a tracking system for whole procedures, all the date is kept in the
computer, if we meet any problem, we will never ship it
Q6: Do you have any certification?
Yes, we have German MPA safety certificate, it is used for European
market and some middle-east countries.
