The JEDEC tray is also called the matrix tray and combined with the
matrix pockets.The space between the pocket is defined with the
JEDEC standard. The tray is not only suitable for the electronic

other industry. It are used primarily in automated test & assembly
processes and conform to JEDEC standards. Integrated circuits and
components are picked from trays for testing or assembly into
printed circuit boards.
The Details of the HN22021 JEDEC Tray
HN22002 JEDEC tray is mainly made of MPPO material with excellent
dimensional stability and high temperature resistance. The JEDEC
tray is printed with the maximum baking temperature. Exceeding the
specified maximum baking temperature will result in a change in
tray size , therefore,it may damage the contents. The type of
molding plastic used in the manufacturing process determines the
maximum temperature rating of the tray.
At the same time, there are 12*4 matrix pockets distributed inside
the tray. The spacing between the pockets also allows the
automation equipment to position the product more accurately.
