Conductive Blended Spun Yarn
Its a conductive and metallic yarn with excellent blend
uniformity,Including blended yarns for electromagnetic shielding,
blended yarns for anti-static purposes and blended yarns for
conductive purposes.
The electromagnetic shielding blended yarn usually within the
electromagnetic wave frequency of 30MHZ-3GHZ range, this helps it
achieve a shielding efficiency 20 ~ 70 decibels;
Anti-static blended yarn has high strength,the surface resistivity
of the fabric is less than 107.After being washed many times, this
fabric clothing still be anti-static and electromagnetic shielding
performance is basically unchanged, it has excellent acid and
alkali corrosion resistance; light, thin and soft, breathable and
wearable, easy to dye and sew.
Conductive Blended yarn has stable conductivity permanently, good
resistance to perspiration and oxidation, so it is suitable for
smart clothing transmission lines and fabrics.By knitting, it has a
fluffy and warm feel and sensitive touch screen performance.In
military industry, it can effectively prevent radar reconnaissance.
