(1)Jinzhong brand eco-friendly gold leaching agent executive

(2)Suitable production technology
It is suitable for particulate oxidized gold and silver ores,
enable such production technology: heap-leaching,
pool-leaching,mixing,carbon slurry, and mine holes cleaning.
(3) Product forms
It appears in solid bulk or powder, easy to dissolve in water, and
can be used after dissolution by water.
Main ingredients: sodium oxide,iron carbide, nitrogen, ammonium,
calcium and etc.
(4)Adjust PH value
During production, first adjust the PH value of backwater to 11±1
by using the caustic soda or quicklime, and then add the Jinzhong
brand potion.
(5)Usage concentration
Base on the actual ingredients of ores, and achieve the optimum
result by implement experiment to obtain the ideal concentration of
potion.
(6)Method of usage
Jinzhong brand is similar to sodium cyanide method during the
actual producing process. The barren solution can reuse and
compatible with cyanidation. Add the Jinzhong brand potion into the
barren solution pool, rinse by backwater continuously to
dissolve.If there is any black slag occurs, won't affect further
use.
(7) Cautions
| a) Recommend to use golden coconut shell as complement extraction
potion to absorb carbon or zinc powder. |
| b) Recommend to test content level,PH value of the pregnant
solution,and concentration of gold-leaching agent. |
| c) The strong oxidant such as hydrogen peroxide,potassium
permanganate is not recommended to put together with gold leaching
agent(can do some pretreatments). |
| d) It (Jinzhongpai) is not repelled with assistant potion: ammonium
hydroxide, sodium sulfide, potassium ferricyanide, lead nitrate,
sodium hypochlorite during complex ores pretreatment. |
| e) Jinzhong brand is not repelled with sodium cyanide if use both
at the same time. |
| f) The' oxygen-rich leaching process 'of all-slime cyanidation CIP
technology has negative influence on the gold extraction
agent(Jinping brand). |
