Tray and Sleeve Paper Box:
Tray and sleeve box is a special type of slip box. This box
consisits of an outer cover(can be sleeves) and an inner tray. It
can be made of cardboard paper(750g - 1200g, unfoldable) or coated
paper(350g - 450g, foldable). Usually, there will be an inserted
paper tray to protect and secure the products. This paper box can
be a folding paper box made of the 350g-450g coated paper(SBS C1S
20pt).

Tray and Sleeve Paper Box Purchase Order Details:
| Minimum order quantity (MOQ): | Since the machine setup cost for the tray and sleeve paper box is usually high, 100-200USD. Also, about 200USD will be normally
charged by the shipping company for the port related fees.
Therefore, it isn't worthy for you to import the boxes from us if
your order quantity is too small, because the final cost for a
small order will be very high. Therefore, our minimum order
quantity will be 5000 pieces if you would like to place an order. |
| Production turn-around time: | We owns 5 sets of Germany Heidelberg printing press to print the tray and sleeve paper box beautifully. We owns 2 sets of automatic gluing machines to glue
the paper box in very high efficiency. So, we usually needs about
10-15 business days to finish the mass production. |
| Sample making: | The customized sample production will take about 5-7 business days.
The sample fee wil be around 100-200USD. The sample fee can be
refunded when the mass production is confirmed. |
| FOB Port: | Most of our tray and sleeve paper boxes are exported through the Guangzhou, China. |
| Shipping Info: | Sample paper box: By Air, about 3-7 days Mass production: By Air, about 5-10 days; By Sea, about 25-35 days. DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS are available. We have our partner
shipping company and we can give you best shipping price since we
