Magnet Closure Rigid Box:
This hinged lid setup box can be magnet closed and ribbon closed
according to your need. Inserts like EVA foam, molded paper pulp,
thermal-formed plastic tray are placed inside the rigid setup box
to hold and protect the products. Sometimes, the paperboard inserts
are wrapped in textiles such velvet, satin and linen to achieve a
luxurious unique packaging experience. The most common colors of
the EVA foams are black and cream white color.

Purchase Order Details:
| Minimum order quantity (MOQ): | Since the machine setup cost for the rigid paper box is usually
very high, 100-200USD. Also, about 200USD will be normally charged
by the shipping company for the port related fees. Therefore, it
isn't worthy for you to import the boxes from us if your order
quantity is too small, because the final cost for a small order
will be very high. Therefore, our minimum order quantity will be
3000 pieces if you would like to place an order. |
| Production turn-around time: | We owns two sets of automatic machine to warp the liner paper to
the rigid box. Sometimes, we need handmade process, which is an
important part in the production of the rigid box. Therefore, we
usually needs about 10-15 business days to finish the production. |
| FOB Port: | Most of our cardboard boxes are exported through the Guangzhou,
China. |
| Sample making: | The customized sample production will take about 5-7 business days.

1. Question: Could I start the small quantity as a trial order,
such like 500 pcs - 1000 pcs ?
Answer: We are a factory of making paper packaging products , all
of our products are customized according to our clients’
requirements. The setup fee for our machines for bulk production is
high, so it is better to start at 3000pcs for the mass production.
If you want check the quality and service, we could do that for you
as the samples order.
2. Question: I can not find the box style I need, so what should I
do?
Answer: All the product in the images are just for your referrence.
We are a custom made printed packaging manufacturer. We will make
the boxes according to your requirements and your design. You can
either send us a sample for reference or give us the artwork of the
packaging you need.
3. Question: Can I have the samples to have a check ?
Answer: As for the sample, there are two choices. First, we could
provide the free samples that we have for you to check the quality
and you need to pay for the express fee. Second, we can make
customized sample box for you according to your requirements. The
customized sample fee is about USD$150 per design plus shipping
fee. We can make it the same as what you want.
4. Question: Can I get the price of this product?
Answer: The price is based on the quantity, specification and the
design. Before we quote the price, we need to confirm these
details.
5. Question: Is your price competitive?
Answer: We are a high quality custom made paper packaging box and
paper bag supplier in south-east China, located in
Guangzhou(Canton). We have the very strict quality control to
remove the bad boxes before the shipping. Also, we only use the
high quality paper materials for the printing. Our price quote is
usually 5-10% higher than most suppliers. We don't supply the cheap
boxes.
