Function introduction

Manual Busbar Inspection Line is mainly used for inspecting short straight busbar, elbow busbar, terminal busbar and etc.. It’s composed of two parts: fixture positioning and main inspection instruments. Fixture positioning part is operated manually while inspection instruments will test the busbar and generate the report automatically.

The Product Test Module is the core module of the BW-ATS softwarewhich may complete various tests, output the test result and generate the report.This module has two kind of input data one is the name of the test file to be selected,including various information and parameters of the test item,the test file may be edited in another model program edit module of the BW-ATSthe other is the hardware configuration
file name selected in the current test programwhich may be edited in the instrument management module. The output result of the test is displayed on the screen,and also saved in the result database named by the
current date,debugged from the module of report generating
