Working principle
Electrostatic powder coating is a kind of coating produced by
electrostatic powder spray gun, which makes powder particles
negatively charged while dispersing. Charged powder particles are
coated on the grounding coating under the action of airflow and
electrostatic attraction.
When the spray gun is close to the workpiece, the current and
voltage will be automatically adjusted. In general, a flat
workpiece needs high voltage, and a concave workpiece needs low
voltage to make the powder penetrate into the concave part of the
workpiece. This device can overcome various problems caused by the
superconductivity of metal powder. It can improve the powder
loading rate and the first pass rate of products. A variety of
nozzle choices, spraying width can be adjusted according to the
size of the workpiece.
