Introduction:
Polyester paper making forming mesh can be divided into 4-shed,
5-shed, 7-shed, 8-shed single layer fabric 7-shed, 8-shed double
layer fabric, 8-shed 16-shed double and a half layer fabric, and
three layer fabric according to the weaving type.
4-shed single layer fabrics is the standard of polyester forming
fabrics in making paper. It is used in wide range such as:
newspaper, offset printing paper, Chemical pulp high-grade paper,
test liner, corrugated paper. It is usually by machine middle and
slow paper machine.
5-Shed single layer fabric has a good wear wear-ability and
dehydration, regular and uniform opening, vestige inconspicuous,
high rate of adhesion, long life. It is suitable for making tobacco
paper and tissue paper.
7-shed single layer fabric has good wear-ability, steady size, high
rate of adhesion and long life. It is suitable for making
high-quality press light paper, offset point paper, low ration
original paper, it is the perfect paper of high speed paper
machine.
8-shed double layer fabric is suitable for quality printing paper,
tissue paper and the pulp, board paper.
