Overview
The OPCITY Series III LED street lights provide a wide range of
high-efficiency roadway and area lighting solutions. Available in
power levels from 25W to 180W, these lights produce 150 lumens per
watt to meet any illumination need with minimal energy usage and
environmental impact.
The Series III uses Cree, Epistar or OSRAM LEDs which provide a
rated 100,000 hour lifespan, drastically reducing maintenance
needs. The LEDs also produce a bright, even spread of light for
optimal visibility and safety. Standard color temperature is 4000K
but higher CRI options available for improved color quality.
The LED arrays are housed within durable anodized aluminum
enclosures with premium powder coat finishes. All components are
rated for weather resistance to at least IP65 standards and built
to withstand exposure while reducing damage, graffiti and vandalism
concerns.
Integrated photocells provide automated on/off control for the most
efficient use of each fixture based on ambient light levels.
Optional motion sensor controls also available for some models
enabling additional energy savings through automatic
dimming/shutoff during periods of low activity.
0-10V dimming interfaces are included for some Series III fixtures,
allowing third-party controls like timers, sensors, programmable
controls or daylight harvesting systems to further enhance
efficiency and reduce energy usage, especially for lower-demand
periods. However, default operation is static full-brightness
unless a dimming control system is installed.
