Description
Salt Spray Corrosion Test Chamber is Mainly for all kinds of
material surface treatment, including coating, electroplating,
inorganic and surface film, anodic treatment, anti-rust oil, and
other anti-corrosion treatment, test the corrosion resistance of
its products.
With an automatic/manual water filling system, can automatically
replenish water level when the water level is insufficient, the
test is not interrupted. Double overtemperature protection, and low
water level warning, to ensure safe use.

Test Conditions
Electronic Salt Test Equipment
1. The salt solution is 5±1% sodium chloride solution, which is
formulated by chemically pure sodium chloride dissolved in
distilled or deionized water. The resistivity of water is not less
than 500 s2m.
2. Each formulated salt solution and after spray collection, at a
temperature of 35 ± 2 degrees C, its ph value should be 6.5 to
7.2.ph value measured by acidity meter or precision test paper. The
ph value of the salt solution should be regulated using a dilute
solution of chemical pure hydrochloric acid or sodium chloride.
3. At any point in the workspace, a collector with a horizontal
collection area of 80 cubic centimeters collects 1.0 to 2.0 ml of
solution per hour. Use at least two collectors.
4. The test time is selected from the following levels by the
relevant criteria:
Experimental grade A - 96h
Experimental grade B - 48h
