Description
Environmental salt spray testing machine that mainly uses
artificial simulated salt spray environmental conditions created by
salt spray test equipment to assess the corrosion resistance of
products or metal materials.
The salt concentration of chloride in salt mist environment can be
several times or dozens of times the content of salt mist in the
general natural environment, which greatly improves the corrosion
rate, and the time to obtain results is greatly shortened for salt
spray testing of electronic products.

Test Conditions
Electronic Salt Test Equipment
1. The salt solution is 5±1% sodium chloride solution, which is
formulated by chemically pure sodium chloride dissolved in
distilled or deionized water. The resistivity of water is not less
than 500 s2m.
2. Each formulated salt solution and after spray collection, at a
temperature of 35 ± 2 degrees C, its ph value should be 6.5 to
7.2.ph value measured by acidity meter or precision test paper. The
ph value of the salt solution should be regulated using a dilute
solution of chemical pure hydrochloric acid or sodium chloride.
3. At any point in the workspace, a collector with a horizontal
collection area of 80 cubic centimeters collects 1.0 to 2.0 ml of
solution per hour. Use at least two collectors.
4. The test time is selected from the following levels by the
relevant criteria:
Experimental grade A - 96h
Experimental grade B - 48h
