This machine can assemble the head plate, fin, side plate, and
other workpiece one-time assembly into the radiator core body.
The machine works smoothly, easy to operate, fast assembly, low
energy consumption and no noise, accurate assembly size, uniform
distribution, core forming neat and beautiful, easy to braze
forming.

2.Core thickness range: 16-56 mm
3.Core high: 300 -- 850 mm
4.Maximum size of flat tube arrangement (core width) : 850 mm
(center distance of flat tube is 10mm, total 85 teeth)
5.Flat tube specifications: belly thickness 2 mm
6.Center distance from tube to tube: 10mm (fin height: 8mm, flat
tube thickness: 2mm)
Note:The comb assembly needs to be replaced due to different
spacing between the tube and fin

We can customize the size of the core according to the actual
production requirements.
2. Does it can use different specifications of tubes in the same
machine at the same time?
Yes ,it can install separately the size of 16,22,26,32mm and so on
of different tubes.
3. Does it can assemble different heights of fins in the same
machine ?
No,at the moment the core building machine only can assemble the
cores which has single specification height of fins.If it needs to
assemble different heights of fins,it needs to customize from us.
4. Does it can assemble the same height of fins in the radiator
core and condenser core in the same machine?
No,because it has big difference between the radiator tube and
condenser tube,it can’t be mixed use.
