Dry Granulator
This is a new equipment to make granules directly from the target
material using the crystal water in the material. The finished
granules can be made to troches or capsules. It adopts the
electromagnetic timing and features the simple structure, stable
capability, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance.
Introduction:
The Roller Compactor is designed to have 3 functions in one unit.
These are compression, milling, and granulating. It is a simpler
operation than wet granulation (mixing, pasting, kneading, drying,
sifting, and granulation etc.)
Highly stable granules can be obtained without adding water or
other liquid, the pressure of hydraulic system is adjustable to
accommodate a wide range of materials, such as Chinese Medicine,
Western Drug, Antibiotic Chemical, Agriculture Product, and
Granules for compressed candies, chocolate, dairy products,
seasonings, etc.
Compactor is a machine for dry granulation, which is made in full
compliance with the requirements of GMP. All parts in contact with
the product, as well as the frame, casing are made of SS304
stainless steel. The parts in contact with the product can be made
of SS 316 steel. The surface is finished with polishing or inferior
smooth processing.
Working Principle:
Our roller compactor is equipped with a floating gap, which the
smallest distance (gap) between the rolls is realized. In floating
gap the distance between the rolls change according to the amount
of powder provided. The force applied to the powder remains
constant. This ensures that property fluctuations in the granules
are reduced to a minimum.
The design employs two-counter rotating rolls force-fed with feed
screws, with oscillating granulator to break powder ribbon and co-
mill that's make them integrated. Dust collector, vibration sifter
and vacuum conveyor can be provided according to your requirement.

(3)Roller are cantilever installed, which is easy for dissemble and
clean.
(4)Vertical layout of two rollers, could avoid raw material
dropping because of gravity.
(5)Two level of sifting system could increases granulation rate
(6)The granulator works in closed operation, which avoids dust
pollution.
