About Foldable Container House
Container house is a new type of building based on unit container
house module, which is freely combined and spliced by actual
demand.
1. The house is made of light steel structure and rustproof color
steel sandwich panel as wall and roof;
2. The size and layout can be designed as per customers'
requirements for its flexible dimension;
3. The house has waterproof structure and heating insulation
material, such as EPS, Rock wool or PU Panels interlock easily to
form a complete thermally efficient shell;
4. Two kinds of flooring system are available, one is steel chassis
floor, the other is concrete foundation;

The company has 2 composite board production lines with an annual
output of more than 1 million meters; 5 color steel plate
production lines with an annual output of 2 million meters; 2
H-beam CNC production lines with an annual output of 20000 tons:
One C-beam production line with an annual output of 2500 tons; One
Z-Beam steel production line with an annual output of 2,000 tons.
In addition to various section-steel products, it can also
manufacture color steel sheets, composite panels, lighting panels,
ventilators, etc. machines and over 25 type of corrugated steel
sheet machines. Our production capacity is about 60,000tons steel
structure per year.
10,000 tons of C and Z section steel, 1.2 million square meter
sandwich panel, 8,000 ton of corrugated steel sheet and per year.
Our quality control team has strictly worked according to our
Inspection Test Processing to insure the quality.

All of the steel columns&beams ends and plates will be packed
by the blanket to protect them from the crash in the container
during the shipment.

To make the loading and unloading more efficient and save the
delivery cost, 40' HC is preferred for loading the steel frames.

All the wall&roof panels will be filmed by two sides and fixed
stably in the 40' HC container.

All the windows and doors will be protected by bubble-rapping
papers and fixed stably in the container.
