Characters:
1. The material charge rate of barrel is big. Maximum rate can be
up to 90% (while normal mixer has only 40-50% of charge rate). It
is high in efficiency and short in mixing time.
2. The barrel adopts arc shape connections and its well polished.
3. The mixing barrel and machine body driving part can adopt
partition installation to meet GMP requirement.
4. Stepless speed adjustment can be realized to facilitate material
loading and unloading.

Working principle:
Different with traditional rotary mixer on working principle,
three-dimensional mixer make horizontal movement, rotation,
swinging in the cubic three-dimensional space. Materials are in
combined motion of rotary flowing, horizontal moving, upside down
falling; alternating pulses push materials continuously; turbulence
caused by the combined motion has energy gradient and this make
each particle of mixed materials have different motion state; each
particle of mixture change their own position; and thus the
materials get mixed homogeneously.
Application:
The machine is used for mixing the powder state and grain state
materials to achieve high uniformity in the pharmaceutical,
chemical, food, light industry, electronic, mechanical,
metallurgical, nation defense industries and other science and
technology institutes.
