Product Introduction

The desilter is a three-stage solid control equipment for drilling fluid. According to the size of the cone diameter, it is divided into desander and desilter. Usually the cone diameter less than 6 inches is called desilter, which is used as the three-control equipment in drilling operations. We commonly use 5" and 4" cones to separate solid phase particles in drilling fluids with a diameter of 15-47μm. According to customer requirements and capacity, we can choose groups of cones to enter the desilter. The Desilter works well with the rest of the solids control system.

TR Mud Desilter is used to separate mud and sand from drilling mud. Cut points can be as low as 4". As the mud is used in drilling operations, they become contaminated with silt. In order to use this mud again, the silt must be separated and the mud recycled for disposal at the end of the job. The TR 4" desilter can Handles drilling fluids up to 1056 GPM.
