They consist of two halves of shell with inner and outer diameters and the total buoyancy is adjustable on request. Floats are assembled by hinges and stainless steel screws or galvanized steel screws. The buoys are filled with EPS foam whose density varies based on the hydrostatic pressure to which the buoys must withstand. The two halves are connected to the tube by four steel bolts, two on each side, to ensure optimum clamping to the tube.
