Welding grid isolation grid, also called electric welding grid
isolation grid, is a more commonly used isolation protection
products.
The basic components include:
Welding mesh, steel pipe column, connection anti-theft screws, etc.
Product specifications:
1. The frame is generally welded with square tubes of 20*30mm,
25*25mm and 30*50mm. The thickness of square tubes is 1.0mm, 1.2mm,
1.5mm and 2.0mm, etc. Column specifications are more square tube
and circular tube, the diameter of the general range of 48-100mm,
the thickness of the range of about 1.5-3.0mm.
2. All steel members should be hot-dip galvanized first and then
dip plastic anti-corrosion treatment measures, plastic layer color
is green;
3. Column and inclined support column of the internal and external
surface galvanized 275g/㎡, dipping layer material is polyester,
plastic layer thickness is not less than 60μm;
4. Galvanized surface of the mesh is 275g/㎡, the material of the
dip layer is PVC, and the thickness of the plastic layer is not
less than 0.2mm;
5 welding wire diameter of the final 2.95±0.16mm, the tensile
strength of the transverse wire should be greater than 500N/m㎡, the
longitudinal wire tensile strength of the mesh should be greater
than 700 N/m㎡;
6. Column is made of welding control, tensile strength should be
more than 400 N/m㎡;
7. The column spacing of the welding net isolation grid is 3.0m,
the column spacing of the end is set to 30m, and a group of
longitudinal diagonal support is set with the corner should be set
up a transverse diagonal support column;
8. When crossing natural obstacles, transverse and longitudinal
diagonal supports should be set at the ends;
9. The spare opening of the end column that is not connected with
the diagonal support should be sealed up to prevent rainwater from
entering.
