The cylinder controls the working stroke of the cutting knife in 0.2 seconds. But the servo motor only takes 0.02 seconds. The servo motor drive cuts the hose segments very smoothly and neatly. We cover the cutting unit to confirm the CE standard. When the speed of the production line exceeds 4 meters per minute, the ordinary drive cutting machine cannot match the hose spiral speed, so it must be cut using a servo motor.
6. Work stably.
The machine can automatically work on full line and requires workers to be on call at any time. The machine will not damage the hose during work. We use the latest molding system – two-wheel forming. The forming system has the advantage of stable operation without downtime. It only takes 5 minutes from the start of the machine until the hose is intact. No need for long adjustments. No waste hose generation. When the machine starts to produce good hoses, there will be no problems during the work. No need for workers to stand next to the machine. This machine can work fully automatically.
