Inspection Principle
By directly connecting with the product conveying line, the product

Then judge the good and bad products, and control the corresponding

Inspection details
The testing equipment scheme uses 7 sets of high-resolution
industrial cameras and high-performance strobe light sources, which
are divided into 2 stations, and the first station has 2
high-resolution industrial cameras to conduct comprehensive
inspections on the appearance defects of the bottom and top of the
wine box. For visual inspection, the second station uses 5
high-resolution industrial cameras to detect the appearance defects
on the top and side of the wine box, and the speed is about 5
pieces per minute.

two-dimensional code, number, punctuation mark, storage and
