LJTJ2540
LJTJ2540 is the latest fully automatic vertical insulating glass
sealing robot. It is used to mix A and B components in certain
proportion to coat double layer glass.
Suitable for double/triple/special and stepped glasses (optional),
stable performance and easy operation.

Ø Unique glue system
Equipped with a single component A and a single component B.
Ø Double Glue Systems
Equipped with two sets of A-components and two sets of
B-components, it can be used for two kinds of sealants: silicone
rubber, polysulfide rubber and silicone structural adhesive.
Ø Reback Glue Device
When the pressure increasing, more Glue B will flow back
automatically, saving materials.
Ø Dyad Body Device
The dyad body device has two functions
The left one is used for filtering impurities and moisture when
filling gas into
then the right one plays the role of lubrication.
Ø Two Suckers Device
Adopting two suckers for preventing to move glass during sealing.
Ø The Device of Sealing Part
Adopt Japan YASKAWA servo motor to control the sealing part with
360°rotating. Setting scraper blade to scrape out extra glue and no
need to repair glass corners by second time.
Ø Intelligent Sensor
Automatically recognize the glass, allowing to adjust the coating
speed online.
Ø Storage Function
It can store three pieces of insulating glasses on the three belts
when their size are less than 1.8m.
Ø Timing belt
The time belt device ensure that glass can be smooth transmission
and located accurately.
Ø Glass stage (optional)
The step glass can be plated once, no need secondary repair.
Ø Equipped with manual device
Each individual section comes with manual operation for easy
adjustment just in case.
Ø Eight servos
The robot uses eight YASKAWA servos,
Four of them control the transmission part,
Of the other four servos, they control the suction cups,
Lifting, driving, turning and rotating mechanism.
