Brief introduction of electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm:
The electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm is a whole piece of
rubber diaphragm installed with a riveting head used to block the
compressed air pipeline or the air outlet of the blocking valve, a
venting unloading hole and a bolt hole for fixed support around it.
It is the key control part in the electromagnetic pulse valve.
M50 Diaphragm (Membrane) for Turbo pulse valve FP50, FM50, FP55,

material is standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃;
material is optional, for high temperature, working temperature
range is -10 to +120 ℃. Pulse jet valves are indirect operated
solenoid valves especially designed for dust collector systems.
When the solenoid is energized, trapped air above a diaphragm is
quickly exhausted causing a high pressure difference across the
diaphragm. Thereby the diaphragm is suddenly opened. When the
solenoid is de-energized, air escapes through a hole to the chamber
above the diaphragm which balances the pressure and instantly
closes the valve.
