Brief introduction of electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm:
The electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm is a whole piece of
rubber diaphragm installed with a riveting head used to block the
compressed air pipeline or the air outlet of the blocking valve, a
venting unloading hole and a bolt hole for fixed support around it.
It is the key control part in the electromagnetic pulse valve.

standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃; material is
optional, for high temperature, working temperature range is -10 to
+120 ℃. Pulse valve, also called diaphragm valve acts as a "switch"
for compressed air in the dust clean blowing system for pulse bag
filters. It is controlled by the electric signals from the pulse
jet control device. This system cleans the filter bags cluster by
cluster with high-pressure blowing to keep the pressure resistance
of the baghouse within a pre-set range, and thus ensure the
processing capability and the dust-collecting efficiency of the
baghouse.

Structural properties:
The operating temperature range and pressure range of the diaphragm
itself depends on the type of rubber, fabric and structure. The
diaphragm can work under the conditions of -50~100 degrees Celsius
and 0.4~0.8MPa; the fluororubber and silicone rubber diaphragms can
work under the conditions of -80~232 degrees Celsius. Chlorohydrin
rubber diaphragm can work under the pressure of 0.4~0.8MPa, has
good air tightness, anti-aging, and its life is equal to that of
engine overhaul.
