The Cisco ONS-SI-100-FX compatible transceiver is designed for high performance integrated duplex data link over multi-mode optical fiber. It supports data rate of 100BASE and 2km transmission distance with a nominal wavelength of 1310nm.
The 155Mbps SFP transceiver complies with SONET and SDH standards at SDH/STM-1, SONET/OC-3 and Fast Ethernet network. All modules meet the international safety standard IEC60825-1 and Multi-source Agreement (MSA) specification.
This 100BASE-FX SFP transceiver is factory pre-programmed with all the necessary configuration data for seamless network integration and performs identically to the Cisco ONS-SI-100-FX SFP transceiver but more cost effective.
