According to curing conditions, there are standard curing and lower
temperature curing type;
According to gloss, there are different gloss level such as
high gloss ( above 85%),
flat gloss( 50%-85%),
semi gloss ( 7%-50%),
matt( below 7%)
and gloss can be adjusted according to customers requirements.
Available in various kinds of surface appearance such as smooth
effect, art textures effect including sandy, wrinkle,
orange-figured, fissure, and metallic effect etc.
Available in all colors according to RAL & PANTONE and it can be
customized as clients require

Specific gravity: 1.4-1.7g/cm3 (varied with different color and gloss)
Particle size distribution 100%<100μm it can be adjusted.

Standard type: 200°C/15 minutes
Lower type:180°C/20 minutes

Health and Safety:
Safety:there are no hazardous ingredients in all the raw materials
of powder coatings and no hazardous gas will be released while
using. However,the inhalation of dusts should be avoided.An
operateor should wear an anti-dust mask and try best to avoid long
time contact with the powder coatings. Those coatings sticked on
the skin could be washed with soap.
