The instant noodle production line is divided into fried instant
noodle production line and non-fried instant noodle production
line.
The fried instant noodle production line process includes salt
water mixing and metering system, noodle mixing, ripening,
pressing, steaming, frying, sorting, air cooling, conveying, and
packaging. The only difference between the non-fried instant noodle
production line and the fried noodle production line is that the
non-fried noodles are steam-dried instead of fried, so the noodles
do not contain oil.
The production line is capable of producing square instant noodles
or round instant noodles. The whole line has excellent technology,
reasonable structure and stable performance, which can fully meet
the needs of domestic and foreign markets. The production line has
high degree of automation, easy operation, low energy consumption,
and small space occupation. The fried instant noodles produced have
beautiful appearance and strong taste.
