noodles, quick-frozen food, puffed food, pet food, seed, hardware
and plastic granule.
Bag Type
Suitable for various of bag types with good sealing such as 4 sides
sealing bag, 3 sides sealing bag, back seal bag, linked, gusseted
bag, etc.
Application Area
The automatic granule stand up pouch filling packing machine /
filler / sealer mainly installs rotary pouch packing
machine/filler/sealer, combination weigher, Z-Conveyor and working
platform, suitable for filling all kinds of grains and solids into
stand up pouch and sealing it, such as candy, nuts, raisins,
peanuts, melon seeds, nuts, potato chips, chocolate, biscuits and
so on.
Main Packing Machine
1. A color touch screen and a reliable double-shaft high precise
output PLC have been adopted, able to implement control,
bag-making, measuring, filling, sealing, marking, bag-cutting at
one time.
2. Independent air circuit control and electric circuit control box
with less noise and more stable electric circuit.
3. Double-belt servo drawing film has been adopted: Leading to few
resistance in drawing film, sound shape of packing bags, more
beautiful appearance, and durable belt.
4. Whole set machine include main packing machine + volume cup
measuring mode with hopper+finished products conveyor belt +
feeding machine
5. Machine can pack Max 2000ml.
6. Machine can make back side sealing or pillow bag or pillow bag
with side gueest or other bag.
7. Machine is made according to your requirement, we would adjust
