Rotary Slotter Machine Use and Characteristics:
This series corrugated paperboard separating paper rolling line
cutting corner opening slot machine, is a comprehensive production
equipment which integrate several process such as cutting corner,
rolling line and slicing side, the main characteristic is feeding
single paperboard by hand, general flexural paperboard is
applicable too.
The machine applies advanced type vacuum suction auxiliary lead
edge feeding system.
High pressure centrifugal fan auxiliary feeding, ensuring the
smooth feeding of the bending cardboard. The blowing can be
adjusted according to the different size of the cardboard in each
section. Ensuring the biggest the vacuum suction , guarantee the
stable feeding. Function of the supper thin feeding, ensuring the
2mm cardboard can feeding better.
Front bar is adjusted manually . Left bar and Right bar is
electrically adjusted By screw. Right bar own the function of
pneumatic flapping. Adjusting of the back bar ( left ,right,up and
down) is manual, convenient , fast and precise.
Rotary Slotter Machine THE SLOTTING UNIT:
Axial and vertical movement of the knife seat and height of the
carton are controled and adjusted by manual
Interval is adjusted by high precise worm box with a range of
0-11mm convenient and swift.
Slotting Phase And Height Adjusting: Planetary gear structure;
Slotting phase applies by electric digital adjusting with 360
degree in both running and stop situation the slotter knives with
crease adjust same time with manual.
