1 . Descriptions:

The pollutants have a very serious impact on the marine system. It is urgent to protect our marine ecology. This oxford fabric is 100% recycled from plastic bottles from the sea . Its yarn count is 800D*800D. It is about 355 gsm and the width is about 57/58''. We produce this recycled oxford fabric in jacquard style. So it has unique and high level look .This fabric has the same function of the regular oxford fabric.

And after dyeing process , we do PU coating finishing . So this fabric is watweproof and has good tear strength. Also this recycled oxford fabric is durable and environmental friendly.

3 . About 800D RPET Jacquard Oxford fabric:

As a recycled material, so it is eco friendly. But it is now widely used in producing garments and backpacks. Just for this 800D 100% recycled polyester jacquard oxford fabric, you can use this in producing tents, backpacks, shopping bag , car hood and etc. For our different finishing processes,(like PU coating, PVC, bonding and etc), it can be finished with waterproof and durable . And for this oxford fabric, it has good performance in color fastness and tear strenght.

RPET fabrics is a new type of Recycled fabrics, the full name is Recycled PET Fabric (Recycled polyester fabrics), their raw materials is from Recycled plastic bottles after the product checking ,separation ,section , reel off raw silk from cocoons, cooling and RPET yarn, and it is commonly known as coke bottle green cloth.The fabric can be recycled, saving energy, oil consumption and reducing carbon dioxide emissions. Each pound of recycled RPET fabric can save 61,000 BTU of energy, equivalent to 21 pounds of carbon dioxide.
