Diesel Hydraulic system uses imported gear pump. The output pressure is stable. It can increase the life of the tool, save the cost and improve the efficiency. The battery starts the diesel engine which drives the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump produces the high pressure hydraulic oil which drives the hydraulic motor to drive the load.

■ It uses step less speed variation. The equipment can achieve tool setting and adjustment in the case of low-speed.

■ It adopts compact design. The overall size and weight are compressed under the premise of ensuring the power, which can guarantee the stability of the machine and convenient transportation.

• The Diesel hydraulic unit HS-36 consists of a diesel engine and a gear pump. The entire hydraulic system, using a one-piece structure, it also makes the pipe connection easier with quick change connector.

• The oil cooling system can ensure that the equipment operates continuously within 40 ℃ ambient temperature;
• The integrated control box can achieve starting, stopping and warming up function.
• Drilling and cutting can be achieved with the use of double oil passages. A separated oil passage can also be used.
• The quick connector can be quickly plugged and pulled without leakage to ensure that users can quickly access.

Attention

• Check whether the electrical component wirings are loose or false welding.
• Check the battery power.
• Add low temperature anti-wear hydraulic oil from the oil filler of tank to the top of fluid level meter. Fuel tank after refueling should not immediately boot unless the bubble in the tank naturally disappears. Relax the handle of the relief valve counterclockwise.
• The distance between the diesel hydraulic power station and the used equipment is at least 5 meters.
• It is prohibited to connect the mechanical equipment and tools which are easy to produce sparks with the diesel hydraulic power unit.
