Unit Dewater and Degas from Oil is mainly used for electric power
department and industries to deal with various oils such as
transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, insulating oil, dielectric
oil and so on. The transformer oil purifier machine is especially
for purifying the insulation oil in all kinds of large power
equipment that are above 110KV, especially for the altitude is over
500-1000 meters. Our transformer oil filtration unit can remove the
free and dissolved water, gas and particles from oil
high-efficiently, and improve dielectric value of treated oil to be
higher than 75~85KV, and increase the pressure force and quality of
oil, make sure the electric device running safely. This oil
purification system is very suitable for the large power electric
equipment and transformers.

machine will be power off automatically.

Product Introduction:
Our vacuum transformer oil purifier is developed on the
characteristics of oil for electricity, especially for special
high-voltage transformer above 110kv facilities. We developed the
most advanced and the best special insulating oil treatment
equipment successfully. Oil purification standard reaches
Q/GDW122-2005. After several improvements, the device has reached
domestic leading level and international similar products in the
same performance parameters, with a high price-performance ratio.
This product is a combination of the international advanced film
theory and atomized oil treatment technology, with a highly
efficient degassing dehydration and breaking emulsification effect.
Oil in this system is fully thin-film (Oil exposed area are fully
expanded), and oil is increased the "journey", so that water or gas
in oil is vaporized for sufficient time to reach the best effect of
dehydration degassing.
The device uses electronic anti-foaming devices and high efficiency
of the needle breaking foam technology to eliminate foam (patented
technology) and make no "injection" phenomenon during operation.
Adopting the "Y-type" gear pump, guide wheel technology (patented technology) and VFD
driving technology, we solved oil-drain problems in high-vacuum and
noise problems.

The oil technical data after treatment:

2. Impurity size less than 1μm without free carbon
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) more than 75KV
