It is used for filtration and recycling transformer oil, insulating oil, dielectric oil, cable oil, etc., the water content and particle impurities, gases can be removed quickly and effectively.

When the transformer oil purification machine start working, the transformer oil will be injected into the primary filter under the high vacuum pressure, then the primary filter will remove the big impurities from oil for the first stage filtering, after that, the oil will flow into heaters for thermostatically heating process. (Sometimes the oil will enter into heater first then primary filter, it depends on oil's condition. We will get to know every customer's requirements particularly before recommendation) Next, the heated oil will enter into the vacuum separator for a deep oil dehydration and degassing, and the vapor will be separated from the oil and refrigerate to water to be discharged finally through the water receiver, and dehydrated oil will enter into the secondary filter for second stage filtering process to deal with the medium size particles, after that, oil will enter into fine filter, which will remove the tiny particles completely from oil as last procedure. Finally, the pure cleaning oil is obtained.
