This Plant will equip with mobile trailer(4 wheels or 2 wheels
based on model size) and combined with weather proof housing cover,
which can move long distance for on-site oil filtration job, easy
and steady for transport. Since it is completely water proof, dust
proof, it can protect the machine not to be damaged by raining
weather, or in other bad circumstance use. So you can use the
machine in any weather and many circumstances for any on-site oil
filtration project.

This oil filtration system is applied to treat various of
unqualified insulation oils including aging transformer oil, mutual
inductor oil, switch oil. Also it can inject the insulating oil
into the transformers. The functions include: dewatering,
degassing, removing the impurities, and recovering the oil's
original function.
1. Double-stage High Vacuum dehydration and degassing and removing
impurities from the used transformer oil.
2. Eliminate acidity, sludge, free carbon, discoloration elements,
and other soluble matters in the oil, which decays the transformer.
3. It can vacuum filling oil to transformers, and it can vacuum dry
transformers and on-line operation with transformer.
4. The standard ZYD system is designed for purifying and filtering
oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers
(energized or de-energized transformers).
The oil technical data after treatment:
1. Gas content is less than 0.1%
2. Impurity size is less than 1μm without free carbon
3. Water content is less than 3 part per million
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) is more than 75KV
4. Acidity value is less than 0.01 mg KOH/g
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90℃ is less than 0.001
