After the heat treatment of large bearings, the remaining amount is
large, and the solid polycrystalline CBN tool can improve the
production efficiency. The BN-S20 grade is a CBN material that is
widely used at present. BN-S20 grade belongs to the solid
polycrystalline CBN cutter, the hardness reaches between
HRC95-HRC100, and contains ceramic bond to ensure higher chemical
resistance at high temperature and better wear resistance.
For example, the inner and outer rings of wind power bearings are
processed: the production efficiency is 4 times that of the
grinding process, but the material consumables are only 1/5 of the
grinding; Halnn Tools tools are durable and more affordable.
