1. Halnn Tools Rough Turning Ball Screw with Halnn CBN Turning
Inserts full form better wear resistance
At present, according to the performance requirements and precision
requirements of the ball screw, CBN tools are more suitable cutting
materials, especially the BN-S20 brand is widely used. The BN-S20
brand belongs to the whole polycrystalline CBN tool, which has the
following advantages:
(1) It has high thermal stability and high temperature hardness.
When the cutting temperature is high, it will soften the material
to be processed, which is beneficial to the cutting process, but
has little effect on the life of BN-S20 material itself.
(3) It has high antioxidant capacity and does not react chemically
with iron-based materials at 1200-1300 °C.
(4) It has a low friction coefficient, and it is not easy to form a
retention layer or built-up edge during cutting, which is
beneficial to the improvement of the surface quality of the
processing.
