replacement tool materials.

inserts.
(1) For roughing process: BN-S300 will be your right choice, the
advantages: large cutting depth,
good wear resistance and long tool life.
(2) For finishing process:BNK30, BN-K20and BN-K10 can be the right
choice, BNK30 can be made of both brazing and solid type, it has
sharp cutting edges, high precision and long tool life. BN-K20
belong to brazing CBN insert, it has multi-cutting edges, will be
more economic.BN-K10 belong to PCBN insert.
