Advantages of the BN-S20:
(1) BN-S20 material hardness is between HRC95-100, good wear
resistance, long-time processing of high-speed steel rolls to
ensure the quality of high-speed steel rolls;
(2) BN-S20 material belongs to the whole polycrystalline CBN tool,
which can cut high-speed steel rolls with large margin or heavy
load to improve production efficiency;
(3) In the process of processing high-speed steel rolls by BN-S20
material, dry cutting processing method is adopted to reduce
production cost and clean production.
