A:If our standard motor can not work with it, we would modify it
for you, maybe it will occurs few extra cost. So when you want to
place the order, you could tell us the power supply available to
your country first.
2,Can you use raw materials to demonstration the machine?

materials to the factory and test machine. You can also send your
raw materials to our company, we will test it and send you in the
form of video.
3,Do you provide samples testing? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample testing for free of charge but
the cost of freight is on you.
4,If we have samples of new products, can you help to analysis and
design the machine?
A: Yes, Our technical department can help to analysis, design and
test the new products you offered.
5,As the shipping period will take long time, how can you make sure
the machine won’t be broken?
A:Our machine is film wrapped, to make sure the machine can be
delivered to our customer smoothly, we will use the steel wire to
fix the machine with the container.
6,I am foreign customer, if the product’s part is broken, how can
get help from you?
A:Some standard configurations you can buy in your local market,
such such as Motor, bearing. If it is hard fo ror you to purchase
in your local market, you can inform us and we will send to you at
factory cost price. We have own spare part building, normally, we
can send to you within 3 working days.
7, What is your terms of payment ? Is it safe for us?
A: 30% T/T in advance ,balance shall be paid before shippment. L/C
is acceptable.
8,Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

9,Could I know the process of manufatcuring production after
placing the order?
A:Our sales will share video after testing, or take online video
when testing machine if you need. Of course, welcome you to our
factory to see machine testing.
10, What is your terms of delivery?
A:We accept FOB, CIF... You can choose the one which is the most
convenient or cost effective for you.
11, How about the payment term?
A: For new customer, our payment terms is 30% T/T in advance before
production, the balance 70% should be paid before delivery. If you
buy products below $ 3,000, we recommend the full T / T to save the
bank cost.
12, If I need to stay in your place for a few days, is that
possible to book the hotel for me?
A:It’s always my pleasure, hotel booking service is available.
13,Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
