Rubber Insulation Cable Abrasion Resistance Tester / Test Equipment
1. Description
ZY6152 type wire and cable jacket wear tester is suitable for
testing the wear resistance of rubber insulated cables with rated
voltage 450V/750V and below. Its design, production, inspection and
other links are strictly in accordance with GB5013.1, GB5013.2-97
test standards on wear resistance test requirements, with
reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, accurate control,
simple operation and other characteristics, for wire and cable
manufacturers, colleges and universities, commodity inspection
departments and scientific research units widely used.

3 The Use of Equipment
(1) In accordance with the above-mentioned "Sample preparation and
installation" regulations, three pairs of soft cable samples with a
length of about 1 m are intercepted. Take one sample from each pair
of specimens and circle it on the fixed wheel of the testing
machine for two times. Adjust the distance between the two sides of
the fixed wheel, so that each circle of specimens is closely
aligned with each other. Tighten the fixing wheel to prevent the
relative movement between the sample and the fixed rotation.
(2) Place another sample in the groove formed by the
above-mentioned sample, attach a 500g weight at one end (as shown
in Fig. 1 above), and clamp the other end on the sample fixture to
move up and down (note: the distance between the top and the bottom
is 100mm), the movement speed is about 40 times per minute. In the
single group test, the middle work station is selected, and two
positions are selected for two groups of tests.
(3) According to the label on the equipment, insert the correct
power supply (AC 220V) and open the power switch on the control
panel.
(4) According to the test requirements, the number of tests
required on the "test times" counter is set.
(5) Press the "start" button, the sample clamp moves up and down,
the test begins.
(6) When the number of tests reaches the set times, the tester
automatically stops testing. (Note: In case of abnormal emergency
during the test, please press the "stop" button immediately,
suspend the test, check the fault of the equipment, and
troubleshoot it.)
(7) After the test is finished, turn off the power switch and
arrange the test equipment for the next use.
