1. Description

This tester satisfies the technical specifications and requirements stipulated in GB/T8332-2008 "Test Method for Combustibility of Foam Plastics - Horizontal Combustion Method". It is suitable for evaluating the horizontal combustion performance of small foam plastic samples with density less than 250 kg/m3 measured by ISO845-1985 under laboratory conditions.

3. Main Technical Parameters

(1) Self-made blower, fully comply with the ISO 10093.1998 standard.

(2) The specifications of the fire nozzle: inner diameter 9.5 mm, cylinder length 100 mm, cylinder body without tail device.

(3) Flare wing top: Wing head opening length 48 mm, internal width 1.3 mm

(4) Flame height: blue flame of 38 mm height.

(5) Sample mesh: 0.8mm stainless steel wire, mesh length 6.4 mm on each side, mesh length 215 mm, width 75 mm, height 13 mm, beside the installation of a 300 mm steel ruler, the minimum scale is 1.0 mm.

(6) Bracket: It is composed of two iron frames with fixture which can be adjusted to the desired angle and height. The sample bracket is 175 mm above the bottom of the box.

(7) Timer: 0 ~ 99.99s can be set arbitrarily, the accuracy ≤ 1s.

(8) Measure the blue flame scale in combustion. The minimum scale is 1.0 mm.

(9) Gas source: natural gas with a calorific value of 37 mJ/m3

(10) Standard sample size: long 150 mm, wide 50 mm, 5 < thickness ≤ 13 mm (or according to test standard).

(11) Outline size: L1130 x W630 x H1305 mm
