Usage
This machine is widely used for packaging powder products: such as
milk powder, flour, starch, coffee powder, spices, curry powder,
protein powder, condiment, herbal powder, chemical and medical
powder products.
Function and features
1. This machine can automatically complete the following work:
auger filler measuring--coding (optional)--bag
making--filling--sealing--counting.
2. PLC control system, color touch screen display, photoelectric
tracking, high reliability and intellectualized degree.
3. Equipped with fault display system, easy to operate and
maintain.
4. Make hole punching blades (round/ euro hole) and chain bags
device according to customer's request.
5. Machine shell and all food touching parts are made of 304
stainless steel.

LT3 screw conveyor for powder function
1. Adopts double motors: feeding motor and vibration motor, control
independently.
2. Vibration type material hopper, and adjustable amplitude, the
hopper was designed to be separate type, easy assembling and
dismantle.
3. Spiral can reverse discharging material, convenient cleaning.
