1. The motor of Chenfei’s processing machine is basically ABB, Siemens and Jiangsu Dazhong.
2. Stainless steel is from Zhangjiagang Pohang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. (joint venture)
3. The water pump is from Nanfang and the centrifugal pump is from Yuanan.
4. Electrical cabinet and PLC control system: Siemens PLC touch screen, switch and AC contactor electrical protection is Schneider, intermediate relays are Honeywell.

5. The 304 pipes we use for the pipeline is from Yuan'an, the cables are all good cables;

Technical advantage:

The fresh citrus is made into a sweet and sour taste, which is convenient to eat, and can preserve the original nutrient composition and fruit flavor of the citrus juice beverage with great practical significance and practical value.

1.Cleaning and picking: use part of the fruit that does not meet the requirements to transport to the designated location through the middle, reducing labor;
2.Grinding oil: extracting the citrus oil-containing portion of the citrus surface by nailing;
3.Grading: Different citrus grades, different sizes into different juicer equipment;
4.Juice extraction: a cup-type juice extraction device developed for citrus to reduce the bitterness of citrus juice;
5.Refining: separating the pulp in the juice to improve the purity of the juice;
6.Sterilization: through UHT instant sterilization technology, under the condition of retaining jam color and mouthfeel, through sterilization;
7.Aseptic filling: storage in sterile large bags to improve the shelf life of the juice;

Process:

Fresh orange → washing→ peeling → acid and alkali treatment → crushing→ juice extracting → filtering→ homogenization → deoxidation → sterilization→canning → cooling → Final product.
