2.Stainless steel comes from Zhangjiagang Pohang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. (joint venture). 3.This company has cooperated with our company for many years and the cooperation is very pleasant.
3.The pump is from the south and the centrifugal pump is from Yuanan.
4.Electrical cabinet and PLC control system: Germany Siemens PLC touch screen, switch and AC contactor electrical protection is Schneider, the intermediate relay is Honeywell.

Technical advantage:

The tomato paste is mainly processed by washing, elevating, sorting, crushing and pulping, concentrating and sterilizing, and aseptically filling into a stainless steel drum. The entire line is designed for tomato paste base on the international quality standards.

• Crushing system: The whole tomato will be crushed in the pipe without contact with the air, broken under full vacuum, which will greatly protect the color of the ketchup out fresh.
• Evaporator energy-saving recovery: Condensed water that can be produced by effect for secondary evaporation, used for secondary effect secondary utilization cycle.
• Sterilization machine safety: In the design of sterilization, we have considered that the rational design of the biocide Bix36-38 system pressure does not exceed 7Mpa, more than 10Mpa is more dangerous, strictly in accordance with the standard implementation.
