1.Product Description

a.Choosing mould and cleaning

Before that, it is very important to select high quality die. The pattern of the die should be clear, stereoscopic

and smooth. If the mould is carefully cleaned with the dragging plaster, it is necessary to ensure the internal

cleanliness of the plaster line mould and carefully clean the inside of the fine seam of the pattern.

b.Fixing mould

Firstly, the die should be clamped by a clamp with strong clamping force, and attention should be paid to maintaining

the value level with glass or marble countertops when clamping. Otherwise, when the gypsum lines are demoulded,

the gap often said to be "left on the wrong side" will appear in the finished product.

c.Mixing

Choosing the right spoon, the size of spoon should be proportional to the width and thickness of gypsum line.

The wider and thicker the line, the more gypsum powder needed, the larger the spoon selected. Add water to the

spoon and sprinkle with gypsum powder.

d.Fill in gypsum slurry

The adjusted gypsum slurry is evenly put into the gypsum line mould until the gypsum slurry completely covers the

front of the whole mould, the thickness of which is more than 5 mm, then glass fibre or mesh cloth is added, a strong

thin rope is added at one end, then a layer of gypsum slurry is covered, and then scraped flat with a special mould scraper.

e.Gypsum cornice demoulding

After the basic solidification of the gypsum lines, remove the clamp of the mould, slightly throw off the mould, with a light

force, and pay attention to hand cleaning and not leaving dirt on the white lines.

f.Air cure

Drag the molded gypsum line vertically hanging (rope added in the fourth part) to air, if it is arc gypsum line or special-shaped

gypsum line, it is laid flat and air-dried.

2.Application:

Gypsum line is the main interior decoration material for house decoration. It can be practical and beautiful with various

patterns. It has the functions of fire prevention, moisture proof, heat preservation, sound insulation and heat insulation,

and can play a luxurious decorative effect.

4.Gypsum wire materials:

natural gypsum powder, water, glass fiber, glass fiber mesh cloth. Generally speaking, a gypsum thread weighs

about 2 kilograms and a bag of powder can produce 20 - 22 strips. Use as many tons of powder as you need in a day, 1:1.
