I.Function.

DY crawler type plastic pipe traction cutting machine adopts double crawler type traction mode, which can realize stepless speed regulation. II. Use and maintenance:

1. Lubricating oil should be added to the fixing sleeve of the upper and lower tractor device on a regular basis.

2. The reducer box must be filled with no. 30 oil or gear oil above the middle line of the oil standard, and cleaned and changed oil once after 2000 hours.

3, after a period of time to check whether the motor belt is loose, such as this phenomenon must be appropriately adjusted motor installation position.

4. Check the tightness of screws of each part after a period of time, and tighten them even if there is any looseness.
