HD PE LD PE Film Blowing Machine

The machine is suitable for blowing high density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and low density polyethylene film of low density polyethylene (LLDPE), which is widely used in the packaging of food, clothing, textiles, everyday articles use and industrial products. The raw materials may be formulated to produce a pearl foil, a degradation foil.

Brief Introduction of HD PE LD PE Film Blowing Machine:

1. Both the screw and the cylinder are made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel, which is produced in the process of nitrification and precision machining, with high hardness, high resistance to corrosion and strength.

2. The die head with a plastic film blowing machine is covered with a hard Ming material whose structure is of the screw-type. The extruded molten material is homogeneous and the blown film has a good finish.

The air cooling device is a labyrinth construction with an even air output.

3. The winding device adopts a pressure friction winding or central winding, which is regulated by means of a torque motor. The winding is smooth and easy to change.
