Characteristics

◆Material: 1) ATR check valve is equipped with carbon steel valve body (stainless steel ATR check valve is required for batch order); 2) RSVI check valve is stainless steel 316L.

◆ Sealing: 1) The metal-to-metal hard seal is applied between the valve core of the ATR check valve and the valve seat; 2) The soft core of the RSVI check valve has a soft rubber seal on the valve core.

◆Working temperature: 1) ATR carbon steel check valve -30°C~+200°C; 2) ATR hard seal stainless steel check valve-60°C~+400°C

◆Working pressure: 1) ATR carbon steel check valve 350bar; 2) RSVI stainless steel soft seal check valve 250~400bar.

◆Excuses: BSPP inch straight pipe internal thread (G thread), please contact us if you need NPT internal thread.

◆Spool structure: The movement of the valve core has an axial guiding function, which is beneficial to prolong the service life of the valve core.

◆ Check valve spring opening pressure: 1) ATR check valve standard opening pressure is 0.35bar (5psi), please contact us for other opening pressures; 2) RSVI check valve standard
