Opaque powder classic D3 is our NOCERA porcelain system new porcelain
material
products for dental alloy. Opaque powder classic D3 will be used after first fired washing
opaque, helping to cover the metal color, washing opaque color or basic
opaque color. You
can use opaque powder classic D3 once or twice depanding on the labs technicans. Even
you can use opaque powder classic D4 directly withour washing opaque when you use
nickel chrome porcelain with Be. Must use our fire schedule to fire the
opaque powder
classic D4. Nowadays a lot of labs choose our opaque powder instead of others,
because of
the good quality and beautiful color. You will be surprised at the quite
prefect bonding
strength of this opaque powder.

SiO2: 35~65 |
Al2O3: 10~25 |
K2O: 8~15 |
TiO2:5~15 |
CeO2: 4~12 |
Pigment: 0~12 |
The Firing Schedule of Opaque Powder Classic D3:
1. Preheat Temp: 600℃
2. Drying Time: 2 min
3. Heat Time: 6 min
4. Final Temp: 930℃
5. Holding Time: 1 min
6. Vacuum Start: 600℃
7. Vacuum Time: 6 min
The Characteristics of Opaque Powder Classic D3:
- Cover the color of metal quite well, no yellowrish.

- Prefect bonding strength of porcelain fused to alloy or washing
opaque.

- No bubbles and cracks on the surface of opaque after firing.
